This all aluminum locking cover integrates with our reels to protect your cable, cord or hose. Each piece of the lock utilizes a full length hinge design and nests into a stepped lip that is machined into the end plates with a Viton bumper. The rivet in the center is only to hold the pieces in alignment when the lock is removed from the reel. The hinge is designed into each part, making it very difficult to break (just like a tank track).  The clasp uses thread locker on breakaway security nuts with stainless bolts. The clasp is made from stainless steel.

There is a 1.5" x 1.5" window to hang you quick connect out. The lock can be flipped to move the window to the other side of the reel to keep out of site and out of mind of those who would take your hard earn possessions.
